01 General Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the acc67 platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person accessing any part of the acc67.app website. acc67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, acc67 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the acc67 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. acc67 is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or imposed, that would prevent you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

Each player may hold only one registered account on acc67. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the voiding of any pending bonuses or winnings.

03 Account Obligations

As a registered acc67 account holder, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account and your conduct on the platform:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your acc67 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• Accurate Information: You must keep your registered account information — including your name, contact email, phone number, and payment method details — accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Personal Use Only: Your acc67 account is for your personal use only. You may not use your account for any commercial purpose, on behalf of a third party, or in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or any other activity that acc67 deems to constitute cheating, abuse, or manipulation of the platform or its games.

acc67 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. Decisions made by acc67's compliance and integrity team in this regard are final and binding.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

acc67 supports a range of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on acc67 are denominated in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

05 Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific terms take precedence.

General conditions applicable to all acc67 bonuses:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of bets on acc67's sportsbook and casino products:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by acc67. acc67 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit or where odds have been published in error.
• Odds Errors: In the event that odds are published in clear error (referred to as a "palpable error"), acc67 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. A palpable error is one where the published odds bear no reasonable relationship to the true market odds at the time of the bet.
• Bet Settlement: Settled bets are final unless there is a demonstrable error in settlement. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with acc67 support within 14 days of the relevant event's conclusion.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

acc67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where acc67 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player's account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of criminal conduct.
• The player has engaged in cheating, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or use of prohibited third-party tools.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require acc67 to do so.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, acc67 reserves the right to withhold any pending bonus funds and to void any winnings generated in connection with the breach. Balances representing genuine deposits that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their acc67 account may do so at any time by contacting acc67 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
